Terms & Conditions
Use of service implies agreement to the following terms. Ironing Services including Washing & Ironing.
1.	Unless you request otherwise when booking collection, all items will be returned on hangers where appropriate, small items and bedding will be returned folded.
2.	It is your responsibility to ensure the items you give us are suitable for ironing.
3.	Once we get your ironing back to our premises we will check it thoroughly for any damage, we will not work on any items that are dirty (ironing only) or damaged. This is to avoid dispute regarding damaged items. If requested, we can carry out this process at your door when we collect.
4.	We reserve the right not to work on certain items, including but not limited to: damaged, dirty (ironing only), shiny or over tumble dried (ironing only) items, these will be returned but not charged.
5.	Any damage or losses should be reported within 24hours of delivery.
6.	In the unlikely event of loss or damage we will compensate up to a maximum of £40 per item.
7.	If for any reason you are unhappy with the ironing of any items, please let us know straight away and we will arrange to collect and have them re-ironed.
8.	Minimum Order value for free collection and delivery is £10, otherwise £2 fee will apply.
9.	We also reserve the right to charge £2 collection fee if bookings are not kept.
10.	Collection outside of our service area (as shown on our website) is possible for a price to be agreed before collection.
11.	Payment is required in cash upon delivery or by bank transfer to be received in our account before delivery.
12.	Standard turnaround is 2days (excluding Sundays), 1day (excluding Sundays) turnaround is available for a premium of 25%.
